Welcome to Peaceful Ocean View
Peaceful Ocean View is a small international retreat center for yoga and wellness. It is situated in a small, friendly town called Rincon, known as “The town of the beautiful sunsets”, on the enchanted Caribbean island of Puerto Rico (www.rincon.org).
We would like to invite you to our refuge, to give yourself a break from all your work and family responsibilities and relax and recharge your body, mind and soul. We offer yoga classes in small groups, cooking classes according to yogic and ayurvedic principles, and ayurvedic and thai-yoga massages.
For mental and emotional transformation and cleansing we welcome you to our kirtan satsangs, meditation classes and pujas.
If you want to know more about the practice and philosophy of yoga, come for a special yoga day or book individually-designed yoga vacations in our beautiful guest house with panoramic ocean views.
We strive to create a place according to the principle of sattva.
Sattva represents purity, happiness, light and harmony.
We therefore consume neither alcohol nor cigarettes nor any other drugs. We do not eat meat, fish or eggs.
Also, we would like to ask smokers to respect the non-smoking zone at Peaceful Ocean View.
