My Story: A Path of Healing, Practice and Inner Transformation
My path into Yoga, Ayurveda, mantra, bodywork, and Vedic wisdom did not begin as a career. It began as a personal search for healing, meaning, and inner peace.
I was born in Germany to older parents, and my early life was shaped by love, change, and loss. My mother became ill during my childhood and passed away when I was ten years old. After that, I lived with my aunt’s family. This early shift in my upbringing made me question life, pain, belonging, and healing from a young age.
As a teenager and young adult, I deeply wanted to understand how we can move through sorrow, insecurity, and change — and how we can find a more stable peace within ourselves.
Before I became deeply involved in Yoga and Ayurveda, I studied Psychology at the University of Cologne, Germany. My master’s thesis explored the effects of a Sanskrit mantra and its psychological impact in everyday life, reflecting my early interest in the meeting point between Western psychology and ancient Yoga Practices .

During those years, however, what shaped me even more than theoretical study was my own personal process through many years of individual and group therapy, especially Gestalt-oriented work. These experiences helped me understand transformation not only as something we study with the mind, but as something we experience through the body, emotions, breath, relationship, awareness, and presence.
This inner work prepared me for the disciplined path of Yoga and Ayurveda. In 2000 and 2001, I completed my first Yoga Teacher Trainings with Yogi Hari Ji and Leela Mataji, where I received a strong foundation in traditional yoga philosophy, practice, mantra, meditation, and yogic lifestyle. In 2005, I became an Ayurvedic Massage Therapist, which further deepened my understanding of the body as a sacred doorway to healing, balance, and self-awareness.
Over the years, these streams began to weave together: Western psychology, Yoga, Ayurveda, mantra, meditation, bodywork, Vedic astrology, and my own personal transformation.
In 2022, I expanded my scope of practice by becoming a Certified Yoga Therapist for Mental Health through Yoga Vidya in Germany. That same year, I also discovered a deep interest in Vedic Astrology and began my studies in the traditional lineage of Achyutananda Das through Freedom Cole’s Science of Light school. This opened a new doorway into the deeper connection between karma, dharma, healing, timing, and self-understanding.
Today, my work is rooted in the understanding that healing is not only about relaxation or self-improvement. It is about reconnecting with our body, breath, emotions, inner wisdom, and deeper sense of purpose.
I am an Integrative Wellness Coach, Yoga Teacher, Ayurvedic Health Counselor, Ayurvedic Bodyworker, Yoga Therapist for Mental Health, and Vedic Counselor. Through Peaceful Oceanview in Rincón, Puerto Rico, I offer a sanctuary for holistic wellness, conscious movement, mantra, relaxation, and inner transformation.
My approach is gentle, intuitive, and grounded in many years of practice, teaching, and personal experience. I do not believe that one path fits everyone. Each person has a unique body, mind, rhythm, story, and way of healing.
Through holistic yoga, embodied sadhana, Ayurveda, breathwork, mantra, meditation, bodywork, kirtan, and Vedic counseling, I support students and guests in reconnecting with themselves in a joyful way — and experiencing peace from within.
