Ayurvedic Bodywork Experience
Prevention, Rejuvenation, And Deep Relaxation For Your Specific Needs
Regular Ayurvedic oil bodywork may support deep relaxation, grounding, tissue nourishment, and a renewed sense of well-being.
Ayurveda is an ancient holistic healing system which stresses prevention of disease and rejuvenation.
One of its popular treatments in the West is the ayurvedic oil massage called Abhyanga.
Because each body type is unique, special therapeutic oils are used which are prepared with herbs or essential oils to meet your special needs.
It helps to detox all the systems in the body, brings nourishment to the tissues, deep relaxation to the muscles, and calmness to the mind. Further it removes blockages in the subtle energy channels, the nadis, to balance and improve the flow of prana or chi (life energy).

Ayurvedic Knee Support
Janu Basti | Ayurvedic Knee Support
Janu Basti is a traditional Ayurvedic oil bodywork practice focused on the knee area. It is offered as a warm, soothing wellness session to support comfort, relaxation, lubrication, and a greater sense of ease in the joints.
This session may be supportive when the knees feel tired, dry, stiff, overused, or in need of gentle care and nourishment. It may also be chosen as part of a general self-care routine for those who wish to maintain mobility, warmth, and connection with the body.
Each session begins with a brief wellness intake to understand how you are feeling that day and to choose oils that are appropriate for your constitution, comfort, and individual needs.
You may then receive a short grounding touch or energy-balancing introduction, inspired by Polarity Therapy, to help calm the nervous system and prepare the body to relax more deeply.
A warm dough ring, made from chickpea flour or another suitable flour blend, is gently placed around the knee area. Warm herbalized oil is then slowly poured and held within this small well for approximately 15–20 minutes, allowing the warmth and oil to deeply nourish and soften the area.
Janu Basti is offered as a holistic Ayurvedic wellness practice.
It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or replace medical care, physical therapy, or licensed medical treatment.
After your session, you are invited to rest quietly and allow the warmth, oil, and nourishing qualities of Janu Basti to settle into the body.
This gentle Ayurvedic oil bodywork practice supports comfort, ease, relaxation, and a deeper sense of grounding.

Netra Basti | Ayurvedic Eye Nourishment
Netra Basti, also known as Netra Tarpana, is a traditional Ayurvedic oil-and-ghee practice for the eye area. A soft dough ring is gently placed around the eyes, creating a small well. Warm, body-temperature ghee is then slowly poured and held for several minutes while you rest quietly.
During the session, you may be invited to gently blink or move the eyes in a slow and mindful way, allowing the warmth and softness of the ghee to support relaxation, lubrication, and a sense of ease.
This deeply calming practice may be especially supportive for eyes that feel tired, dry, strained, or overused from screen time, reading, sunlight, or mental focus. It may also support deep relaxation, grounding, and a peaceful sense of inner stillness.
Netra Basti is offered as a holistic Ayurvedic wellness practice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or replace medical eye care.
