ज्योतिष (Jyotisa) – comes from the word jyoti, which means “light” and relates to Vedic Astrology.

Vedic Astrology is the eyes of the Vedas and has traditionally been learned through oral tradition, from guru to student, for many, many years — if not lifetimes!
